1.1. https://paa.scansanproperties.com ("our site") is a site operated by ScanSan Properties Ltd ("We" "Our" "Us"). We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13379338 and have our registered office at IDEALONDON 69 Wilson Street London EC2A 2BB.

We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any proposed interruption to our website or services.

8. Transfer of this agreement

8.1. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under these terms.

9. Using Property Assistant

9.1. You may use this site subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions and our Acceptable Use Policy.

9.2. You may not use the site for any illegal, harmful or abusive activities, for example:

  • Infringing anyone's rights
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or discover the source code or underlying components of our site, including our models, algorithms, or systems (except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law).
  • Interfere with or disrupt our site, including circumventing any restrictions or bypassing any protective measures or safety mitigations we put on the site.

10. Paid accounts

10.1. Billing: If you purchase a Free, Pro and Enterprise membership, you will provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid payment method. For paid subscriptions, we will automatically charge your payment method on each agreed-upon periodic renewal until you cancel. You're responsible for all applicable taxes, and we'll charge tax when required. If your payment cannot be completed, we may downgrade your account or suspend your access to our Services until payment is received.

10.2. Cancellation: You can cancel your paid subscription at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of your membership. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. These Terms do not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights.

10.3. Changes: We may change our prices from time to time. If we increase our subscription prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and any price increase will take effect on your next renewal.

11. Termination and suspension

11.1. You can stop using the website at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of your membership.

11.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our site or delete your account if we determine:

  • You breached these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • We must do so to comply with the law.
  • Your use of our site could cause risk or harm to Us, our users, or anyone else.

12. Intellectual property

12.1. All content included on our site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Scansan Properties Ltd. By continuing to use our site you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws.

12.2. You may print off or download a copy of our newsletter for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others to content posted on our site.

12.3. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

12.4. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged (except where the content is user-generated).

12.5. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

12.6. If you print, copy, download, share or repost any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to access and use the site will be terminated immediately, and you may be required to return or destroy any copies at the site owner's discretion.

12.7. Material from our site may be re-used without written permission where any of the exceptions detailed in Chapter III of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 apply.

13. No text or data mining, or web scraping

13.1. You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to our site or any services provided via, or in relation to, our website. This includes using (or permitting, authorising or attempting the use of):

18. Law and Jurisdiction

18.1. If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties to this Agreement agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. If however, you are resident of Northern Ireland or Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in either resident jurisdiction.

18.2. If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
